Continental Tyres embraced their corporate social responsibility with the “Women for Manufacturing” initiative, empowering women with skills for a better life. We were tasked with filming their factories, capturing the day-to-day lives of these women. The challenge was guiding non-actors who were camera-shy and overcoming language barriers. The result is a powerful film showcasing how Continental, in partnership with Centum Learning, made a lasting impact on these women’s lives.
